Est. this season — twelve farms, one passbook

Coffee that remembers where it came from.

A monthly subscription of single-origin lots, each bag hand-stamped with farm, altitude, and lot number — and a passbook that fills up as you brew.

When you join, we send a small letterpress passbook. Every shipment includes a perforated stamp matching the bag — region, altitude, lot, date you brewed it. After a year, you have a record of twelve farms, twelve harvests, and roughly forty-eight Sunday mornings.

V · Geography

Where this season's coffees come from.

We work directly with twelve farms across four origins this season. Same producers, multiple harvests, full traceability — the lot number on your bag matches the lot number on our purchase agreement.

VII · From the roastery

A note from the roastery.

"We started stamping bags because we kept forgetting which Yirgacheffe we'd loved last spring. The passbook is a small fix for a small problem, and it turned the subscription into something we look forward to filling out."
